How long does production take?
The deadline for completing your order is up to 10 business days. If you are in Bulgaria you will usually receive it within 2-3 business days. If you need expedited delivery, please call us using the phone number on our website.
How many pages does the album start with?
The album we recommend uses lay-flat technology (180-degree page opening, so images are not lost in the fold). It starts with 18 pages, but you can add as many as you want. This type of album has thicker pages and looks more luxurious. We provide a 75-year color warranty for it. When selecting the "Quick Design" option, this is the default choice. The other option is a MAGAZINE-style album. It starts with 48 pages, but the pages are thin like a magazine. In this case, there may be image loss if the pictures are too close to the middle fold. The advantage of this option is the higher number of pages, but it is not as durable. To select this option, you need to click "More Options" and then "Magazine".
How many pictures can I include?
You can include as many pictures as you like, as long as they look good to you. We have pre-designed layouts ranging from 1 to 10 or more photos per page. If you want to include many photos on one page, we recommend selecting a larger album size. This way, the images won’t appear too small. For example, if you choose a 15x15 cm album and have a large number of pictures, we suggest adding up to 2 photos per page, which may require additional pages. If you select a 30x30 cm album, you can comfortably place 9-10 photos per page using some of our pre-made layouts.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Yes, you can purchase a gift voucher. To do so, you can call us or submit a request via this link: REQUEST. Payment will be made via bank transfer. We will send you an invoice with the voucher code and the amount you have added.
Can the album be gift-wrapped?
Every album we ship is carefully wrapped and ready to be gifted, whether you keep it for yourself or give it to someone else.
How does delivery work?
We work with Speedy and ship to the nearest office based on the delivery address provided. For Bulgaria the first order comes with free shipping, as well as any order over 110 BGN/ 55 euro. For Grece and Romania the price is around 6 euro. For other international shipping CONTACT US
How do I make a payment?
We offer four payment options, which you will see when completing your order: instant card payment, Revolut payment, bank transfer, and cash payment through EasyPay (only for Bulgaria). We do not support cash on delivery.
Do you make albums with different cover materials?
Yes, we make albums using a variety of materials. We offer high-quality leather that can be printed and engraved, as well as different fabric colors. What type of paper do you use?
The paper we use for our albums is high-quality photographic paper. You can choose between matte or glossy finishes. We recommend matte because it is less prone to fingerprints when turning the pages. When selecting the "Quick Design" option, the default paper is matte. To select glossy paper, click "More Options," then "Layflat," and in the following steps, you will find a menu to choose the paper type.
