What discounts and delivery terms do you offer?
You receive free delivery on orders over €55. A 5% discount is applied automatically to your first order. When you order two completely identical albums, you receive a 20% discount on the second album.
How long does production take?
Photo albums are usually ready in 4–5 working days. During busy periods, production may take up to 10 working days. Courier delivery time is added separately.
Is express production available?
Sometimes we can produce the album more quickly, but this is not a guaranteed service. If you have a specific date, call us in advance on +359 878 568 697 before placing your order.
Can I create the album from a phone?
Yes. The online editor works on phones and computers. You can upload your photos, use automatic design or arrange the pages yourself.
What is the difference between Layflat and a magazine-style photobook?
A Layflat album opens fully flat at 180° and is best suited to panoramic photos and a premium gift. A magazine-style photobook is lighter and more flexible, making it suitable when you want to include more photos and pages.
What is the minimum number of pages?
The minimum for a Layflat album is 18 pages. If you want fewer printed pages, leave the unwanted pages blank and note this in the additional comments field when ordering.
What is the difference between matte and glossy paper?
Matte paper has softer reflections and is comfortable to view in different lighting. Glossy paper enhances contrast and colour saturation. Both options use professional photographic printing.
What does the 75-year colour guarantee mean?
Layflat photo albums come with a 75-year colour guarantee. This product is made for the long-term preservation of important family, wedding and travel memories.
Can I give a photo album as a gift if I do not have the photos?
Yes. Choose a Konasprint digital gift voucher worth €50, €75, €100 or €150. It is sent by email as a PDF with a unique code after successful payment and is valid for 12 months. The recipient can choose the photos and product whenever it suits them.
